"Let me just say this has been the worst year for state farm for us. They have been slow to the roll for a car accident. The receptionists tell us one thing then back track and tell us they never said that. State Farm has sent us an insurance card for a new car that was already expired. Sent us a new one with wrong information. Finally got another that was fine. We got a bill for 2 new cars that 1 just showed up out of thin air. Vin didn’t register to any car that we own. That was terrible to fix. Then we got sent a refund in the mail that they are now saying we owe back. Said we owed $0 for November and now saying we do owe that. They are absolutely terrible to work with. I’m seriously considering changing insurance agency’s. They will not work with us on anything."
